Questions About Your Estimate
Is there a call out fee?
A call out fee applies to every visit. It covers getting a fully equipped, licensed technician to your door to assess the job and provide your fixed, upfront price before any work begins.
Why is your quote different from a competitor’s hourly estimate?
An hourly estimate usually only reflects labour; it rarely accounts for materials, vehicle and insurance costs, or the admin and support team behind the job. Our fixed price includes all of it upfront, so there’s no bill shock later.
Can the price change once work starts?
No. We won’t start any work until you’ve approved the scope and price. If something genuinely unexpected is discovered once we open things up, we’ll stop and talk you through it, and get your approval, before doing anything extra.
